Here are a couple tips for installing FootPrint Martial Arts Software. 

First, use "Internet Explorer," it makes things a lot easier

Vista Users

Go directly to Step 2 on the download page.  You should be able to click the FootPrint link and everything should work smoothly.

XP Users

1. Make sure you have Windows "Service Pack 2" installed  (Service Pack 3 will also work)
   To check which service pack you have installed, right click on "My Computer" and go to "Properties." Your current service pack should be listed under "System."  If you do not see "Service Pack 2" or greater go to "Windows Updates" under your start menu.  Keep installing updates until you see "Service Pack 2" or greater under MyComputer > Properties
2. Install "Microsoft .NET 3.0 Framework" here: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=70848
   For more information on the .NET Framework go here
3. Once the .NET framework has been installed, go to Step 2 on the download page. You should be able to click the FootPrint link and everything should work smoothly.
